Founder + CEO

Richard Nebauer has 30 years experience managing & delivering projects across multi sectors including large scale residential, light & heavy Industrial, land subdivision, hospitality, aged care, medical & hospitals as well as large scale accommodation/living apartments, and large-scale infrastructure projects across the public and private sectors.

Keith is a highly experienced management accountant with current memberships with ANZCA & The Institute of Management Consultants as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Keith is advising & acting as non-executive Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to the BlackRock Group.

Richard is a commercial, high rise and residential expert with over 45 years of national and international construction experiences. For the past 20 years, he has worked for leading developers in Sydney on projects valued up to $300m and is a key member of the BlackRock team.
Dom Weir

REGULATION & WHS DIRECTOR
Dom has over 21 years of Construction regulatory governance and WHS experience in all sectors including Industrial, Property Development, construction, civil engineering and telecommunications. Dom is a committee member of AIHA and Chartered professional of Australian Institute of Health and Safety.
George Lo

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, APAC
George has over 30 years experience with Asian clients in Australia. George is versed in international business and all aspects of property development and project management, having experience in Asia and Australia.

Kylie has 20+ years of experience in marketing and communications and has worked across many sectors including construction, automotive, insurance, digital, FMCG and media for leading brands. Kylie drives business strategy and sales strategy as well as managing cross media advertising campaigns.
